At this time, we do not accept returns on gift box items. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@balikbayanboxnow.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we may assist you.

BalikbayanBoxNow stands behind every order. Items that arrive damaged beyond use or repair are eligible for an itemized refund once verified.

Due to the nature of our products—including perishable goods, personal care items, and household essentials—we are unable to accept returns of unopened items.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@balikbayanboxnow.com and we’ll be happy to help.
